Mishari Alutaibi VP

Mishari Alutaibi was appointed Vice President of Human Resources & Corporate Services at Aramco Trading in October 2026. He brings more than 34 years of diversified experience within the Aramco Group, spanning human resources, corporate governance, organizational development, operations, and business administration.

Mr. Alutaibi joined Aramco Trading in August 2022 as Global HR Manager, where he led the company’s global human resources function across its headquarters in Saudi Arabia and international affiliates in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. In this capacity, he played a key role in strengthening HR governance, compensation strategies, organizational effectiveness, and talent management practices to support ATC’s global business objectives.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Alutaibi held several leadership and management positions within Saudi Aramco and its affiliates, including Senior HR Policy Consultant and Administrator at Aramco Services Company in Houston, Texas. He also served as Administrator of the Academic Programs Division, overseeing Saudi Aramco’s international scholarship programs worldwide.

His earlier leadership assignments included General Supervisor of the Hauling Division within the Domestic Sales & Logistics Department and Assistant to the Vice President of the Pipelines, Distribution & Terminals Admin Area. He also held positions in corporate HR Policy & Planning, Internal Auditing, and Operational Support, contributing to his broad experience across the Aramco Group.

Mr. Alutaibi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Hull, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Science in English from King Faisal University, Saudi Arabia.
