Aramco Trading Company (“Aramco Trading”), is a joint stock company established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by virtue of Royal Decree No. M/8 dated 04/04/1409H with fully paid capital of SAR 60,000,000,000 and registered in the city of Dhahran under commercial registration no 2052101150.

Aramco Trading, together with its ultimate parent company, the Saudi Arabian Oil Company, its subsidiaries and affiliates (together the “Aramco Trading Group”), follows strict guidelines to protect personal data and ensures compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

Your privacy is important to us and maintaining your trust is a priority. This Privacy Notice informs you that information submitted by you or collected by Aramco Trading may be processed for the purposes set out below.

1. Aramco Trading Group Websites
The Aramco Trading website (aramcotrading.com) (“Site”) may include links to other websites of Aramco Trading Group businesses, products and services, each of which may have their own privacy notices. When visiting any of our other websites, please review and familiarise yourself with the relevant privacy policy.

When you use the Site, we may collect information about you (“Personal Data”). This includes information which you provide or may be provided about you such as:

We do so to provide you with the services which you have requested, and where appropriate, with your consent or based on our legitimate interest, to carry out our business operations.

4. How we might share your Personal Data
• We may share your Personal Data with Aramco Trading Group companies, affiliates or other third parties in the following circumstances: where we need assistance from third parties in order to grant you access to the Site, to facilitate the posting of information and/or content, and/or otherwise to operate the Site;
• Where it is in the public interest or we have a legal or regulatory duty to do so (e.g., assisting with detection of crime, regulatory reporting, litigation, or defending legal rights);
• Where we have a duty to disclose such information to a competent public authority, government or regulatory agency in order to comply with any legal or regulatory compliance obligations which the relevant Aramco Trading Group member is subject to;
• In the event of a reorganisation, merger, divestment or other sale of any member of Aramco Trading Group, some or all of our assets, or stock, to any party;
• To our professional advisers or consultants, including lawyers, bankers, financiers, auditors, accountants and insurers, where we consider that it is required;
• To enforce or apply any agreements we have with you;
• To third party suppliers and vendors who we use to support our business, including but not limited to the operation, features and functionality of this Site, and those who provide information technology and system administration services to us; or
• Where we asked for your permission to share your Personal Data and you agreed that we could do so.

We may use social media sites such as Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter. If you use these services, you should review their privacy policy for more information on how they deal with your Personal Data.

All Aramco Trading personnel who have access to your Personal Data operate under strict corporate guidelines to ensure the protection of your Personal Data and compliance with applicable local data protection laws and regulations.

7. International data transfers
We store and process your Personal Data in various jurisdictions, including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Your Personal Data may be shared with and processed by Aramco Trading or other Aramco Trading Group members outside of the country in which your Personal Data was collected.
The laws on processing such information, including where such information is classed as "personal data", in these locations may be less stringent than in your country. It may also be processed by staff operating outside of your country. We will take all steps reasonably necessary and/or required by applicable data protection laws to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this notice and applicable law.

8. How long do we keep your Personal Data?
We will keep your Personal Data for as long as we have a relationship with you and when you use our Site. Following the end of the relationship, we shall retain your Personal Data for no longer than the maximum period allowed under applicable laws and regulations. We will not keep any information for longer than is strictly necessary and when we no longer need the information, we will securely destroy it in accordance with our internal policies or anonymize it. 9. Your Rights
Under certain applicable laws, you may have certain rights in relation to your Personal Data. These rights include a right to access and rectify the Personal Data that you have provided to Aramco Trading.
Subject to certain limitations, users accessing this Site within and/or otherwise located within the European Union (EU) may have a right under applicable laws to request Aramco Trading to provide them with access to their Personal Data for the purpose(s) of:
• Understanding what Personal Data, we hold;
• Rectifying or erasing your Personal Data (add to or update/correct);
• Restricting the processing of your Personal Data;
• Objecting to the processing of your Personal Data;
• Data Portability; or
• Lodging a complaint with the relevant Supervisory Authority.
