Aramco Trading, together with its ultimate parent company, the Saudi Arabian Oil Company, its subsidiaries and affiliates (together the “Aramco Trading Group”), follows strict guidelines to protect personal data and ensures compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

Your privacy is important to us and maintaining your trust is a priority. This Privacy Notice informs you that information submitted by you or collected by Aramco Trading may be processed for the purposes set out below.

We store and process your Personal Data in various jurisdictions, including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Your Personal Data may be shared with and processed by Aramco Trading or other Aramco Trading Group members outside of the country in which your Personal Data was collected.

It may also be processed by staff operating outside of your country. We will take all steps reasonably necessary and/or required by applicable data protection laws to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this notice and applicable law.

8. How long do we keep your Personal Data?
We will keep your Personal Data for as long as we have a relationship with you and when you use our Site. Following the end of the relationship, we shall retain your Personal Data for no longer than the maximum period allowed under applicable laws and regulations. We will not keep any information for longer than is strictly necessary and when we no longer need the information, we will securely destroy it in accordance with our internal policies or anonymize it.
